Grief is more than acute sadness…it’s ALL the conflicting emotions we feel when there’s end of, or change, in a familiar pattern of behaviour. 

Most of us attribute grief to death or divorce, but did you know there are more than 40 different life experiences that can create feelings of grief?

 

Considering the changes we’ve all been through these last 2+ years of the pandemic, I believe that we are all experiencing grief on some level. 

 

The Grief Recovery Method®️is not therapy. While there are typically therapeutic benefits, this is an evidence-based educational program. 

You will learn more about grief than the majority of people will ever understand about grief in their entire lives. Then, you will be guided through the action-oriented grief recovery method that has been used to help millions of grievers around the world for the last 40 years.

 

This class will teach you how to restore emotional wellness after any type of significant life change, transition, or loss.

 

The Grief Recovery Method®️group class is a safe, judgement-free space. For this reason, it is intentionally set as a small group class and space is limited!
